International Returns
Because U.S., law prohibits the re-importation of many health-related products, we cannot accept returns on any international orders. And, no refund or credit will be issued back once your order has been shipped out.

Refunds

Terms: You must notify our on all returns and/or request for a refund. All goods being returned must be returned in their original packaging and they must be unused. A copy of the receipt/invoice emailed or mailed to you when you placed your order. No return will be accepted without our return form with your signature on it. It is your responsibility for the cost to ship back the merchandise for your refund.  

For a Full Refund
In order to receive a full refund for your order. You need to act fast and cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Orders are usually ship out the same day as received. To cancel your order immediately. Contact our .

Refunds on goods already shipped
For USA Orders - Once your order leaves our warehouse. You have 30 days in which to cancel and/or return the item(s). Providing the item(s) being returned are in their original packaging and are unused. A copy of your receipt/invoice and our return form are all included on the return. We will refund the amount of purchase, minus the shipping and handling charges. 

For International Orders - You have up to the time we ship out your order in which to cancel your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse. No refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued against goods that have been returned opened, used, have passed the return period of 30 business days or for International orders that have been shipped out.
Sorry, Any Discontinued, free items or embroidered items are not returnable or refundable!

Wholesale, Unsold or Unwanted Products
You have 30 days in which to return the unsold or unwanted products. Returns on items at wholesale pricing that where unsold or unwanted products may be refunded minus a restocking fee of 20%, postage and handling charges. Simply, return the item(s) in their original unopened wrappings. Must be in full cases or within the minimum amount stated at purchase at the time of ordering. Get our Wholesale Return Form here. Include a copy of the receipt/invoice with your return.

Non-Delivery or Refused Shipments
You are responsible for all information to be correct when you place your order. Any shipments returned back to us and/or refused for any reason without us being notified. A 30% restocking fee will apply minus any shipping and handling charges. 

Damages or Shortages
In the case of a substantially damaged item(s), it is NECESSARY that you keep all original packaging (including the package in which it was shipped, with labels / postage, etc...)

Leaking Thera-Med Cold and Hot Packs:
If you have received a hot or cold pack that is leaking or damaged. 
Please call 1-800-328-2935 for a replacement.  

• Have the carrier note any damages upon arrival.
• Reported the damages immediately to M&J Lindsay Co.
• After notification to us. We will authorize a return. You then may return the damaged item(s) 
  IF POSSIBLE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us for a replacement.

• Inspect all packages to determine if there are any shortages.
• If so, report the items missing immediately to M&J Lindsay Co..
• After notification to us. And we have verification of the order. We will send a replacement on the same item(s) that you ordered if your order was missing any of the items ordered.

It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on the return package, as we cannot replace any shipment that we do not physically receive back from you.

M&J Lindsay Co. reserves the right to refuse sales based on restricted sales category, geographical area or credit history.
