Return Policy Terms: You have 30 days from the date you placed your order in which to request a return. You must notify our and get a Return Authorization Number on all returns for retail, wholesale, special orders, exchanges, replacements, damages and refunds. All goods being returned must be returned in their original packaging and they must be unused (with approved exceptions of damages). A copy of the confirmation email receipt or invoice mailed to you when you placed your order. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, our return form or without your signature on the return form. It is your responsibility for the cost to ship back the merchandise for your exchange, (replacements - if actable) or refund. Any Discontinued, free items, promotional items, discounted items or embroidered items are not returnable or refundable! Unless, approved in writing by M&J Lindsay first. 

If any reason our return policy terms are not met and you proceed with returning any items without a proper Return Authorization Number and your return is declined due to the failure to include the proper documentation or time frame of 30 day from the date you purchased your order. 

You hereby as the customer, agree to pay for the order in full and waive all rights of chargeback.    

Easy 1, 2, 3, steps to returning goods back to us:

1. First you need to request a Return Authorization Number.
    How to get a return authorization number:
    Email our  - Include a copy of the confirmation email receipt sent to you when
    you placed your order. We will then send you a return authorization number.
2. After you receive a return authorization number. You need to get our Return Form
3. Complete the return form, include a copy of the confirmation email receipt sent to you when you
    placed your order and then ship the items back to us.

Your return must include and have these items in it to approve your return.

1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (on mailed package and return form)
2. A COMPLETELY FILLED OUT RETURN FORM WITH YOUR SIGNATURE AND DATE
3. COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION RECEIPT
4. ITEM(S) BEING RETURN IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (un-opened and un-used)

Any items we receive returned back that brake our return policy terms will not be shipped back to you and you hereby as the customer, agree to pay for the order in full and waive all rights of chargeback.

International Returns
Because U.S., law prohibits the re-importation of many health-related products, we cannot accept returns on any international orders. And, no refund or credit will be issued back once your order has been shipped out.

100% Full Refunds
In order to receive a 100% full refund for your order. You need to act fast and cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Orders are usually ship out the same day or within one week when received. To cancel your order immediately. Contact our .

Refunds on Goods Already Shipped
For USA Orders - Once your order leaves our warehouse. You have 30 days in which to return the item(s) under our return policy terms. See above for the complete terms under our return policy.
We will refund the amount of purchase, minus the shipping and handling charges. 

For International Orders - You have up to the time we ship out your order in which to cancel your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse. No items can be returned and No refund will be issued.

Returns on Wholesale
You have 30 days in which to return any unopened full cases of items that were bought at wholesale pricing. Minus a restocking fee of 20% and any postage and handling charges. 
Note: All items must be unopened and in full cases stated on receipt at the purchase time of ordering.

Returns on Unwanted Products
You have 30 days in which to return any unopened, unwanted products. Minus a restocking fee of 20% on the stated receipt at the purchase time of ordering and any postage and handling charges. 

Non-Delivery or Refused Shipments
You are responsible for all information to be correct when you place your order. Any shipments returned back to us and/or refused for any reason without us being notified. A 30% restocking fee will apply minus any shipping and handling charges. 

Damages or Shortages
In the case of a substantially damaged item(s), it is NECESSARY that you keep all original packaging (including the package in which it was shipped, with labels / postage, etc...)

Leaking Thera-Med Cold and Hot Packs:
If you have received a hot or cold pack that is leaking or damaged. 
Please call 1-800-328-2935 for a replacement.  

• Have the carrier note any damages upon arrival.
• Reported the damages immediately to M&J Lindsay Co.
• After notification to us. We will authorize a return. You then may return the damaged item(s) 
  IF POSSIBLE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us for a replacement.

• Inspect all packages to determine if there are any shortages.
• If so, report the items missing immediately to M&J Lindsay Co..
• After notification to us. And we have verification of the order. We will send a replacement on the same item(s) that you ordered if your order was missing any of the items ordered.

It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on the return package, as we cannot replace any shipment that we do not physically receive back from you. Besure, to read our return policy terms at the top of this page, before shipping back any returns.
