All pricing is based on shipping from our warehouse in Magna, Utah, unless quoted otherwise.

U.S. Priority Mail Service is our standard shipping method for anywhere in the USA. Other methods are available online & special shipments upon request.

What are qualified orders?
 
All orders with products only totaling over $100.00  will qualify for free shipping. The total can not include any special shipments, additional cost for services or sales tax to reach the minimum of 100.00 
( Sorry, All International orders and Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. ) 

Free shipping is only available for online orders and in the USA.

Free Shipping Terms: Your order must equal $100.00 or more within our individual items. Either in combination of products or all the same products purchased. Order must be shipped to an address within the USA.

Please note: We do not separate or break down orders combined with wholesale pricing and individual items ordered to verify if the order qualifies for any free shipping. All or any Wholesale products combined with individual products on your order will not qualify your order for free shipping. Even if the individual items equals $100 or more. In the result of receiving any of these orders. The order will be canceled and no billing or shipment will be made.

Online Orders
All online orders received are usually shipped out by the end of the business day.
(except on weekends and holidays)

Shipping charges, consist of the actual cost for the carrier ( you have selected ) as well as a small handing fee. Any additional charges on requested special deliveries or arrangements will be adjusted and charged to your credit card. Any special request must be confirmed by email.

Mail-in Orders
Shipping and handling charges for mail in orders are only estimated cost on the order form. In most cases these shipping charges will cover your order. If the shipping charges do not cover the actual cost for your order. You will be billed for the additional shipping amount to have your order shipped.

  • If payment is by check or money order. We suggest you request the total amount of shipping charges by email or by phone before mailing in your order. This way there will be no delays on receiving your order.

International
M&J Lindsay is pleased to offer international ordering and shipping. 

We do not accept international online orders. We only accept international quotes by email and orders with payment by regular mail. International orders are usually shipped by UPS or USPS.

Requesting a quote to place an order.
Email our to receive a quote. When emailing, please include:

  • Item Number(s)
  • Quantity / How many
  • Complete address where the package will be shipped to

We can not give you a quote with out this information.

Payment for international orders.
We only accept payments in a bank cashier check. All funds will be verified by our bank before order is processed and shipped out. Email our .

Delivery Time
Standard USPS and UPS - After your order has been received and processed.

  • For USA orders - usually within 5 business days.
  • For Canada orders -  usually within 10 business days.
  • For International orders (Other than Canada) can take up to 8 weeks.

There will be a delay if we are back logged on orders or out of stock on the items.

Special Requested Shipments -  When you request a special method of shipment. We will do our best to accommodate and work with you on the shipping arrangements.

Non-Delivery
In the case of non-delivery, We will initiate tracking for the package. Once we determine that the item is indeed "lost", destroyed, or otherwise non-deliverable ( if not due to an error by you or refusal on your side ) We will send a replacement shipment to you consisting of the same item(s) that you ordered and paid for.

If the package is non-deliverable due to shipping information incorrect or for any reason the order is returned back to us with out prior authorization. You will be notified by email on the options to have the order reshipped.

Damages or Shortages
In the case of a substantially damaged item(s), it is NECESSARY that you keep all original packaging (including the package in which it was shipped, with labels / postage, etc...)

Leaking Thera-Med Cold and Hot Packs:
If you have received a hot or cold pack that is leaking or damaged. 
Please call 1-800-328-2935 for a replacement.  

For Damages:
  • Have the carrier note any damages upon arrival.
  • Reported the damages immediately to M&J Lindsay Co.
  • After notification to us. We will authorize a return. You then may return the damaged item(s) IF POSSIBLE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us for a replacement.
For Shortages:
  • Inspect all packages to determine if there are any shortages.
  • If so, report the items missing immediately to M&J Lindsay Co..
  • After notification to us. And we have verification of the order. We will send a replacement on the same item(s) that you ordered if your order was missing any of the items ordered.

It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on the return package, as we cannot replace any shipment that we do not physically receive back from you.
